Welcome to Habitation Cleaning. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

HabitationCleaning offers professional commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitization, trash removal, and break room cleaning. The specific scope of work will be agreed upon before service begins.

2. Service Area

We provide commercial cleaning services within Minneapolis, St Paul and surrounding areas. If your location is outside our service area, additional travel fees may apply.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations


  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge.
  • Habitation Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff shortages, extreme weather, or emergencies.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required before or upon service completion via Stripe (credit/debit card or bank transfer).
  • Recurring service clients (monthly, quarterly, or yearly plans) will be billed according to their agreed-upon payment schedule.
  • Late payments exceeding 7 days may result in service suspension or late fees.

5. Liability & Insurance

  • Habitation Cleaning is fully insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or any items that are not properly secured before cleaning.
  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables, sensitive documents, and confidential information before cleaning.
  • If accidental damage occurs due to our cleaning services, it must be reported within 24 hours for review and resolution.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide safe access to the cleaning premises. If our team are unable to enter at the scheduled time, a lockout fee of $50 may apply.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the work environment is unsafe or poses health hazards.

7. No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once cleaning is completed. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 24hours to address concerns, and we will work toward a resolution.

8. Modifications to Terms

Habitation Cleaning reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
